This page is for passion projects done just for fun! You can find out more about my interests and hobbies here, where I display posters of things I enjoy outside of design.
Joy Division's debut LP, Unknown Pleasures, is regarded as one of the most important Post-Punk albums of all time with its haunting, heavy-reverb production that has become a staple to the genre they helped pioneer.
The poster uses scanography to manipulate the type into a deformed appearance, representing a decay of sanity, a prominent theme of the album.
To commemorate the 8 year anniversary of the release of one of my favourite hip-hop albums, I decided to make a series of posters.
Yeezus was considered a controversial album upon its release for its experimental instrumentals inspired by genres such as rock, metal, and electronic music.
To reflect its experimentation, I created a symmetrical wordmark reminiscent of metal band logos. I also went with an "anti-design" approach to typography through the use of roughly justified type.
The following are posters done for some of my favourite horror games: Silent Hill 3 and Bloodborne.
