The Greater Montreal Fantasy Hockey League is entering its fifth season this fall and was in need of a rebrand that would tie the league together visually. New mascot logos, jerseys and promotional material custom made for each team manager helps the league appeal to both hardcore and casual hockey fans.
The league has teams that span across the GMA, from the West Island to Laval
The Kirkland Krashers logo features a swooshing puck with a crash test dummy decal on it. The logo also incorporates part of the town's icon as part of the K.
The LaSalle Lunatics logo is inspired by the 80s slasher villain, Jason, who donned the iconic goalie mask.
Borrowing elements from the Art Deco movement, the Saint Michel Machines logo depicts a high-speed train that doubles as a lowercase M to reflect the truculent nature of the team.
A horse's head helps shape the S for the Sherbrooke Broncos.
The Tailors got their name from the English translation of their street name, Tailleur. Stylized as a handwritten logo to represent a single, continuous thread, and to give their jerseys an old timey hockey sweater feel.
The Victoria Vipers sport a viper on their crests and use one as their mascot.
The league's slogan "Take your pick. Make it count." refers to the fantasy nature of the league and is used throughout promotional material.
